Perfectly clean and well-equipped apartment close enough to the seafront and the common, the restaurants and the garden. Magnificent and unbeatable setting near the beach in Southsea.

The location was mint for exploring Portsmouth. We went cycling along the seafront and it was proper sick. Plus, the WiFi was wicked fast, so we could surf the web and share all our sick pics on Insta. And guess what? They had a CD player, so we blasted our tunes and had a proper party!
The only thing we wished for was a banging nightlife scene nearby. We're young party-goers and wanted to rave till dawn, but there wasn't much happening around.

The property was fantastic, overall clean, and well-equipped. I cooked breakfast few times in kitchen. Had really good facilities, including a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a TV. Overall experience was such great.

The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed, making it easy to cook and prepare meals during our stay. It felt like having our own personal chef! The terrace with garden views was a delightful addition to the apartment. We enjoyed sitting outside and sipping our morning coffee, surrounded by the peaceful greenery. It was like having our own little oasis in the city.
Bathroom needs updating.

Stayed at Bayfields for 3 nights and used it as a base to explore Portsmouth. Perfect location, easy to reach by car with private parking. Spacious and homely accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. Small shopping area and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, while major attractions like the Historic Dockyard are a 25/30 minute walk away. a great place to stay with everything we needed for a perfect holiday. We look forward to returning.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Location was mind-blowing - didn't need a car all week! The house was SUPER clean and well equipped. Hosts were jaw-droppingly helpful, fixing the WiFi in minutes. We'll definitely be back! Free Wi-Fi, free parking, express check-in/out, fitness centre, cycling.
